At the Guangzhou Exposition which kicked off on September 16, 2004, we concluded a cooperation agreement with China Sunchime Cartoon Group. The two sides agreed to introduce the international edition of 3000 Questions for Blue Cat into the US. Sunchime Cartoon Group also authorized our company to be the exclusive agent in the American market for their flagship production -- "3000 Questions for Blue Cat" and its derivative products (more than 6000 kinds). The contract will hold for 15 years. The State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT), the Ministry of Culture of The P.R.China (MCC), the General Administration of Press and Publication of The P.R.China (GAPPC) and the municipal government of Changsha (Capital of Hunan Province) gave a high regard to the agreement. Some of the Chinese leaders present at the signing ceremony were Mr. Tan Zhongchi -- Mayor of Changsha City, Ms. Wang Danyan -- Deputy Director of the Chief Editor's Office of SARFT, Mr. Chen Tong -- Chief of the Audio and Video Section of the Cultural Market Department of MCC and Mr. Liu Hongbing -- Deputy Director General of the Radio, Film and Television Bureau of Guangdong Province. American delegates included Mr. Somers -- Consul of the US Consulate General in Guangzhou, Mr. Jeffrey Rock -- Chief Administrative Officer of the US Consulate General in Guangzhou, officials from the Department of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce, and leading officials from the State Economic and Trade Development Bureaus of five states including the State of New Mexico.(Please read China Sunchime Cartoon Group Website)
